Clause – Access to the platform and refund policy
Once the course has been confirmed and paid for in full, the student will have immediate access to the school’s online platform, including all teaching materials, digital resources and content associated with the course purchased.
Students may exercise their right to request a full refund of the amount paid only during the first 10 calendar days from the start date of the course. After this period, no refunds, cancellations or claims related to the course fee will be accepted, regardless of the level of use or access made by the student to the materials or the platform.
